Late arrival/cancellation: Mandatory to inform resort 24 hours in advance, in writing.
- Extra Bed charges: Adult ( Above 12 Years ) : Rs.1000 +GST { per night } Kid : Rs.750 + GST { per night } Every 2 children below 12 years will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel unit suitable for 2 adults and a kid less than 5 years of age
- Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent. Photo ID mandatory at time of checkin. Arrival prior checkin time, units allotted ONLY if available. Utility fee applicable on full week basis regardless of duration of stay. Wi-Fi available on chargeable basis.
