- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- A mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700, including taxes per unit, is payable directly to Sterling at check-in at the resort, regardless of the duration of stay. Additionally, an extra bed for adults aged 12 years and above is Rs. 1000 + GST per night and Rs. 750 + GST per night for children. Two children under 12 years of age will be considered one adult. The hotel units are suitable for two adults and one child under 5.
- As a special privilege for RCI members, a 10% discount on food and soft beverages is available. Guest certificates must be processed no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. Failing to do so will result in the guest being charged the daily room rent. Units are allotted for early arrivals only if available. Wi-Fi is available for a fee, with connectivity provided by BSNL and IDEA networks.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Only dogs weighing up to 30 kg are permitted, with a maximum of one pet per room. After booking, please contact the resort to request a pet-friendly room, as these are limited. Pets must not be left unattended in the room at any time and must always be kept on a leash in public areas of the resort. A pet-keeping fee of Rs. 2000 + tax per day per pet is applicable.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The latest vaccination records for pets are mandatory upon check-in. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, dining venues, or other public areas of the resort.
