- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs. old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child less than 5 years of age.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children), it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount (as a special member privilege) is given to RCI members for Food & Soft Beverages
- Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hours prior to check-in; failure will result in the guest being charged daily room rent. For late arrivals & cancellations: you must notify the resort in advance; failure will result in the resort's sole discretion to release unit/s without notice. For early arrivals, units are allotted ONLY if available. Wi-Fi is available on a chargeable basis.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
