- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.

- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Discount of 30% on food bills applicable only in restaurants & 20% discount on beverages.
- Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent. Inform resort in advance for pickup/drop facility. Utility fee applicable on a full week basis regardless of duration of stay. Resort is situated on a steep hill slope; therefore, the resort is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Please note the SOP Guidelines and facility update: 1. Negative RT PCR test report is mandatory as per instruction from the Goa government . 2. Restaurants remain closed. Room service available.
