- 1 bedroom apartment balconies are undergoing refurbishments and are unavailable until 30 April 2026.
- Car parking space is limited to one permit per room. If you're arriving late, please contact the resort before check-in. The bar and restaurant are open from Monday to Saturday, from 5pm to 10pm. You can also enjoy coffee and cakes from 3pm to 5pm. The additional cleaning fee is £40 per clean, and an extra set of towels is £4 per person.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- People with walking difficulties should contact the resort to arrange suitable accommodations before check-in. Limited telephone signals are available on all networks, but landline telephones are provided in the units.
- Please advise the resort if arriving after 5 PM. Upon check-in, all guests occupying the unit are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 AM.

- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Restaurant will be closed from September 11, 2024 to December 31, 2027.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The one-bedroom apartment balconies at Woodford Bridge Country Club are undergoing refurbishments and will be unavailable to guests until 30 April 2026.
- The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
