BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Exeter 45 miles, Bristol 93 miles. BY ROAD: Follow M5 to Junc 27. Take A361 to Barnstaple. In Barnstaple follow the link road to Bideford, over the new bridge and turn left at the roundabout towards Bideford. At the roundabout in Bideford by the old bridge go straight across. Take the next left heading towards Torrington (A386). Proceed along this road for 2 miles until you see a sign for Holsworthy. Turn right onto the A388. After 6 miles you reach Stibb Cross turn right at the crossroads and follow the main road. Woodford Bridge is approx 2 miles away from Stibb Cross at the bottom of a . large hill. Please advise the resort of anticipated late arrival after 5 P.M. Upon check-in all guests occupying the unit are required to present a valid form of identification along with the reservation's confirmation. Check-in is after 4:00 pm check-out out is prior to 10:00 A.M.

Car parking space is limited to one permit per room. If you're arriving late, please contact the resort before check-in. The bar and restaurant are open from Monday to Saturday, from 5pm to 10pm. You can also enjoy coffee and cakes from 3pm to 5pm.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

The additional cleaning fee is £40 per clean, and an extra set of towels is £4 per person.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
