- The reception is open Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. between November 1 and March 30, and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. between April 1 and October 31. On Friday and Saturday, the reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- The resort is unable to re-assign guestrooms under any circumstances, and most are not wheelchair accessible nor suitable for people with disabilities. There are stairs to access most guestrooms, and the lift is on a half-way landing. Gusts must notify the resort in advance of special accessible needs or a late arrival.
