- If more than one Guest Certificate is for the same travel date, each must be under a different guest's name. Joint members must contact RCI before reserving. Vidanta owners cannot confirm Vidanta properties through RCI, including Mayan Palace, The Bliss, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Celebrate, Kingdom of the Sun, and The Cascades. Violations will be canceled.
- Prepay the fee 48 hours after confirmation or 30 days before check-in using the email from Vidanta with payment instructions or 866-729-6691 USA/CAN 800 849 3884 México. The resort will receive the update for the RCI reservation, including guest certificates, within 72 hours of confirmation. Please pre-check in at https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The fee does not cover local taxes.

From the second multiple unit onward, a guest certificate is required; if the member travels in one unit, the member fee applies to all.
