Overview
Universal Vacation Club at Villa del Palmar offers the best of two worlds: the modern comfort of a luxurious water front complex and the old taste of a lovely coast town with typical cobblestone streets surrounded by stores. The complex has 2 (3) pools, 3 (1)tennis courts and a many options to practice water sports. At the tourist information desk in the complex you can book tours. Relax and sunbathe in the pool and try the international famous cuisine of the three (four) restaurants in the complex (and a sports bar).

Resort Fees
- Mandatory State Lodging tax fee is 3 % . Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Service fee is 5.00 to 8.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted. Per room, per day. The fee is according to the size of the unit (studio, 1, or 2 bedroom).

- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
- RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
- Reservations confirmed less than 48 hours prior to the check in date must be notified to clubspecialistvdpv@villagroup.com
- Resort strickly enforces check in date of the confirmations. No exceptions. Exceeding maximum occupancy will resulit in $15 surcharge per person per night for each guest.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation
All Inclusive Information1
Optional All-Inclusive means you are not required to participate in all-inclusive or pay the associated fees. You will have the option to pay for all-inclusive once you arrive at the resort.
Optional All Inclusive Program Fees are per person, per night. Children 4-12 years old pay 50% off the Adult fee. The package must be for at least 3 consecutive days and all persons in the same room must take the package for the same number of days. The All Inclusive Fees must be paid upon arrival at front desk (cash not accepted). Fees are subject to change without notice.
