- AUSNET advised that there will be a power outage in Mansfield on Friday, 10 May 2024, between 9am and 3pm while essential maintenance is performed on the electricity network.
- Cots and highchairs are available on request. The resort's onsite grocery store stocks basic items and is open until 5pm each day. A vehicle is a must for this resort. There is no public transport. Resort is located approx. 15 km from the small town of Mansfield. Telstra mobile phone reception only. Wi-Fi is not available.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Resort office hours are Monday-Wednesday 9am-4pm, Thursday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, and Sunday & Public Holidays are closed. A service is done prior to check-in and mid-stay if a stay exceeds 7 nights. Additional servicing can be requested.
