- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Studio units are suitable for 3 adults. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child under 5 yrs of age.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children): it is mandatory to present their Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount is given to RCI members (as a special member privilege) on Food & Soft Beverages. Wi-Fi is available on a chargeable basis.
- Guests with walking difficulties will be given units in the lower level. Resort will check with guests 2 days prior to check-in to ask if they want a lower level unit. A lift from the Reception area up to the restaurant is under construction & should be ready by the 1st week of August. Mobile connectivity is poor. Please make advance appointments for the Spa.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 3300 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
