- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Studio units are suitable for 3 adults.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount is offered to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverages. Please note RT-PCR Negative test report is mandatory for travellers visiting The Nilgiris district – Ooty from other States.
- Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hrs prior to arrival; failure will result in the guest being charged daily rent. Utility Fee is applicable on a full week basis, regardless of duration of stay. Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 4400 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
