Other Information
- A refundable deposit of CNY 500 will be collected by the resort for every confirmed booking. Please contact the resort before check-in for further information. SRC Customer Service can be reached at 400-921-0655.
- Children 0-6 years old stay for free. Children 6-12 years old also do not require a separate bed, but an all-inclusive fee of 420 yuan per week is applicable. For children and adults over 12 years old, an extra bed is required and will cost 160 yuan per night. The all-inclusive fee for one additional guest requiring an extra bed is 840 yuan per week.
- Please contact the resort in advance with the number of guests in your travel party.
- The fees are based on double occupancy, even if only one person stays in the room. If more than two people stay, the fee is based on the number of occupants. There is a charge of 840 yuan per week for each extra person. For three people, the weekly fee will be 2520 yuan. Guests who check out early or delay their departure will be charged the full week's rate.
- The mandatory fee is 1680 yuan per two people per week, covering daily breakfast, airport or train station pick-up, Yunnan Pu’er tea, and minibar. Guests can enjoy a live Dai Xiu performance at the Peacock Princess Grand Theater. The ticket prices are 280 yuan per person for non-members, while members pay 180 yuan per person, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off.
