- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Contact the resort regarding check-in procedures at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in day. Guests must show an identification card (Shenfenzheng) or passport to the front desk staff at check-in. The resort will not honor reservations made less than 10 days before the start date. - Due to China's Public Internet Security Supervision requirements, all guests must verify their identification when accessing the Internet using Wi-Fi. Foreign guests must provide their real name and a local Chinese phone number for authentication. It is suggested that guests download China's Communications software or activate international roaming phone service in advance.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Starting in November 2024, all reservations will be moved to The Holiday In Express Beijing Badaling located at No.1 Guishui North Street, 102100 Yanqing, China. Reservations in the two-bedroom units will be converted to two hotel rooms. Guests can go directly to this alternate location and show their original reservation paperwork to get checked in.
