Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory Sterling Access Fee is 7700.00 INR, per unit, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 10255.00 INR, per unit, per week, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Hotel unit per week. Utility fees are inclusive of GST.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory goods and service tax fee is 18 % for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort.
- Extra bed/cot fee is 750 INR for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Under age 12 fee, plus tax. For guests over age 12 the fee is Rs 1000 + GST.

- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Gir National Park is closed starting in June through the middle of October annually, as this is the monsoon season. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport can be arranged by the resort for a fee.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Hotel units are suitable for two adults and one child only, if a 3rd adult is in the same unit an extra bed charge is applicable. The unit is not suitable for two adults and two children.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
