Members must contact the resort at least 15 days prior to arrival to provide their RCI ID, name, and number of adults and kids by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com.

RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
