The cottages feature full kitchen facilities with modern European appliances, heating and ceiling fans, a flat screen television and DVD player, Austar and in-room internet access. Studio Rooms are open plan with a queen-size bed and also feature a spa bath. The one-, two- and three-bedroom cottages feature a spacious living area, a queen bed in the master bedroom and a king bed or two single beds in the other bedrooms. All accommodations are in a private, natural setting surrounded by native gardens and include an outdoor deck.

From Tullamarine airport head south-east on Tullamarine Fwy. Continue to follow. Merge onto M79. Continue onto Citylink Tollway/State Route 43. Take West Gate Fwy exit to merge onto M1 towards the city/south-east suburbs. Take the C422 exit towards Pakenham/Koo Wee Rup. At roundabout, take third exit onto Koo Wee Rup/C422. Continue to follow C422, travelling through one roundabout. Turn right onto Rossiter Rd/C422. Turn left onto Sybella Ave/C422. Turn left onto South Gippsland Hwy/M420 (follow signs for Phillip Island/Leongatha). Go through one roundabout. Continue onto Bass Hwy/A420 (signs for M420/Phillip Island/Wonthaggi). At roundabout, take second exit onto Phillip Island Rd. Go through one roundabout. Make slight right to stay on Phillip Island Rd. Follow for 4.9 kms.
