- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Electric vehicle (EV) charging is strictly prohibited anywhere onsite, including within units, communal areas, and all shared facilities. Penalties apply. Units 401 and 411 have 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet.
- It is Holiday Concepts policy that all guests of members must produce an RCI Guest Certificate. Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certificate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- The property is located on the Tweed Coast, not the Gold Coast, and is 20 minutes south of Coolangatta, the southern end of the Gold Coast. A rental car is recommended as there is limited public transport.
- There is no multi-lingual staff at the resort. The resort staff only speaks English. Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check-in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the member's/guest's expense.
