Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.

Height of 1 bedroom unit is 6.6ft, For members confirmed into 1 bedroom units, resort will offer 2 studio units as an option subject to availability provided the member wants to stay in the studio units, however utility fee will be charged for 2 studio units. Members confirmed for 2br – resort will provide one 1br + one studio unit.

Units do not have wash basins.Non vegetarian food strictly prohibited in the resort.Units in the ground floor have lower ceilings due to the topography of the resort. Studio units are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child only.

Units are on ground and first floor. No lifts in the resort. Access to the units is through stairs. Utility fees is charged for a full week regardless of duration of stay.

Quality of the resort and amenities provided are basic. Email and inform resort in advance of late arrival or cancellation, sole discretion to release unit/s without notice.
