Nearest Airp`t: New Delhi-280kms/ Domestic Airp`t: Chandigarh-35kms. BY Rail: Nearest railway station is Kalka-7kms from resort and Chandigarh railway station is 30kms. BY ROAD: Parwanoo is well connected to the rest of the country. Take the road towards Shimla on the National Highway from Chandigarh. Taxis are available from the airport. Taxis also available from Kalka railway station. Foreigners are advised not to drive in India. Therefore, all car hire comes with chauffeur included in the price. Car hire prices are very reason- able. Once in Parwanoo, the only way to reach the resort is via a cable car which operates between 0900hrs & 1700hrs. It is imperative to arrive between these hours.

In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.

Members must pay utility charges 7 days in advance from the check-in date. For inquiries, please contact the resort at reservations@timbertrail.in or +91 9218532341/47. If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the check-in date, retention charges equivalent to the received amount will be charged. Cancellation charges apply to the entire package cost, including taxes and length of stay.

Cable car charges are Rs. 395 plus 18% GST per person per ride during check-in and check-out. An additional ride during the stay will cost Rs. 1050 per person for a round trip. There is a swimming pool at the base of the resort. An additional charge applies per person per day for an extra bed. Room heaters are provided in winter, and air conditioning is available in summer.

Memebers who have confirmed 1 bedroom unit wil be alloted 2 seperate rooms. Inform resort in advance of early or late check-in, as cable car operational only between 0900 hours to 1700 hours. Hot water supply to units from 7am to 11am and 7pm to 9pm only. Toaster provided on request.
