The nearest major airport is in Norfolk, VA, 120 miles away. From the airport, take I-64 east to US 168 south, to 158 bypass traveling east. Then take North Carolina Hwy 12 south 25 miles to the town of Rodanthe. In Rodanthe you will pass the Waterfall Park. Turn left onto Resort Rodanthe Drive. Hatteras High Condominium Complex is at the end of the parking lot nearest to the beach. Check-in at the building's on-site key dropbox.

Hatteras High phone number is no longer in use. The resort has an email address that is monitored daily and there is an emergency number for maintenance issues. Check-in is by keyless locks.
