The Outer Banks Beach Club I is an oceanfront timeshare condominium Resort with (40) 1-bedroom and (40) 3-bedroom condos, all serviced by elevators. Resort is centrally located on the beach at Mile Post 9, with an abundance of restaurants, shopping stores/malls, recreational activities and historical sites nearby. Resort amenities include: on-site parking; clubhouse with recreation activities for both children/adults: free wifi throughout; two swimming pools, one indoor, each with hot tub; child outdoor pool; tennis court; two shuffleboard courts; playground; direct boardwalk access to beach, with gazebo & observation deck; golf privileges for $20; full YMCA privileges with indoor pool.

- No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Other Information
- All buildings now have elevators. There is WIFI access throughout the resort.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Full YMCA Privileges and $20 golf including green fees and cart are available to RCI inbounds.

- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
