The nearest major airport is approximately 110 miles away in Boston. From the airport, go north on I-93 to Exit #28 (approximately 100 miles). Travel east on Route 49 approximately 11 miles into Waterville Valley. Continue straight past the Waterville Valley welcome sign. The condominium check-in desk is inside the Snowy Owl Inn. There are large billboards at all cross streets indicating the Inn's location but from Rt 49 take a left on Village Road, the Inn is on the left, directly adjacent to the Town Square. The address is 41 Village Road.

Keys are placed in a realtor's box on the door of the condo. Guests are given a code to the box when they call in their credit card number to prepay the security deposit. There is an emergency # posted inside each condo.

Guests must contact resort mgr at 603-960-9122 no less than 48 hrs in advance to obtain current no contact arrival and check in instructions. Pre pay security deposit is collected at this time. Failure to do so may result in the inability to check in for the scheduled stay. No front desk service on site. Late check out is not available.

Check In is located at Valley Run Property Services, 35 Tecumseh Rd, Waterville Valley, NH 03215. Phone # is 603-960-9122. Office Hours are 8am to 5pm. Check in time is 5PM. If arriving after 5pm you must contact the resort in advance to obtain Lockbox Code and register/check in over the phone in order to access unit. Credit Card for Security Deposit will be collected over the phone or at at check in if arriving during business hours.
