- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement that you purchase guest certificates for each additional unit confirmed. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Indoor common areas, games rooms, gymnasiums, spa's, sauna's, Welcome Parties, kids club, board games are either not available or closed. The pool is available by booking only - limit of 10 (open during office hours). Sporting/hire equipment continues to be available on request from reception and BBQ and playground facilities remain open with strict social distancing requirements being enforced.
- Reception hours have been modified and will now be open Sun-Thur 8.00 am - 6.00 pm, Fri-Sat 8.00am - 8pm. Any urgent matters that arise during that time will require the guest to call the after hours emergency number provided on the contact sheet in their apartment.
