- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Guests aged 18-21 must be accompanied by a parent. Guests under the age of 22 are not permitted to stay overnight at the resort without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.
- It is imperative if arriving outside of these hours to contact resort +61359869800/sales@nepeancountryclub.com.au for code for night safe where keys and $200 pre-authorisation for the security bond will be. Failure to contact Resort will result in not being able to gain access to accommodation. You may lose security bond and you will be charged call out fee A$175 prior to 11pm/A$275 after 11pm.
- Pet-friendly Thursday units MUST be requested in advance and are subject to availability for a fee.
- Resort does not accept 'Schoolies', 'University' or similar 'Celebration' bookings. Resort Management has advised 'schoolies, 'university' or similar 'celebration' groups that slip past the reservations department will be refused check in at the Resort without exception. Resort has an electric car charging station. Reception hours are Monday-Sunday 9am – 6pm.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The Wheelchair accessible unit is for Thrusday check in.
