- Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Owners at Path Resorts are required to have ALL Resort Fees current before being allowed to check in to resorts 8856, 8857, 8858, 8859, D453, and DH97. To make a payment, please call 603-242-2861.
- Pool will be closed from September 28, 2026 to October 2, 2026.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
