Other Information
- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Coral Sands Resort North (#C688), Port O'Call (#0995), Island Links Resort (#1473), Coral Reef Resort (#3975), Coral Sands Resort (#6736), Island Links By Coral Resorts (#7630). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Armed Forces Vacation Club guests can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- From April 1 - September 30, the clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30am to 8pm. However, from October 1 - March 31, the clubhouse and front desk will be open Monday - Thursday from 8:30am to 7pm and Friday - Sunday from 8:30am to 8:00pm.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If you will arrive outside these hours, please call the resort at (843) 341-5401 at least three days before your arrival to receive the late check-in procedure. Please call the resort at least three weeks in advance to discuss special requests. The check-in location is at Coral Sands Clubhouse, 66 Pope Ave., Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Parking spaces are limited to two per unit.
- One-bedroom units maximum 4 privacy 2 do NOT have balconies.
- Outdoor pool will be closed from April 27, 2026 to May 11, 2026.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort enforces 1-in-4 year group rule. May not return to Resorts: 6736 & C688 within 4 years. Exceptions include: consecutive week stays, and multiple confirmations with the same start date.
- The Coral Sands North pool will be undergoing maintenance from April 27, 2026 - May 11, 2026. The pool deck, kiddie pool, and hot tub will remain open. There are multiple pools on site. Guests will have full access to the pools at Coral Sands #6736.
