- Check-in time is after 4 pm. A credit card deposit is required when checking in. Guests responsible for checking in must be at least 21 years old. Unit interiors and patios are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed on property.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.

- Electric Daisy Carnival is typically held in Las Vegas during the second weekend in June. NASCAR Weekend is typically the first weekend in March. The resort is often at full capacity during these times. Every effort will be made to minimize any impact on guests not attending the events, but increased noise may be experienced during the afternoon and late at night.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
