- It is a requirement of the resort that you must have a printed copy of your confirmation letter to present on arrival at check in. Resort will not accept the confirmation being shown via a phone or laptop.
- Level 1 Children's playground and surrounding outdoor area will not be available for guest use.
- Level 3 Tennis Court will not be available for guest use due to retiling works.
- Playground will be closed from November 17, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
- Tennis courts will be closed from February 2, 2026 to April 30, 2026.
