- This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- ***Unit 122 is a ground floor unit located behind the tiki bar with no ocean or pool view.***
- All RCI inbounds must bring an RCI confirmation in order to check -in, confirmation must include the name of the guest.
- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- Emotional support animals (ESA animals) are NOT permitted in the resort. Violators will be fined a cleaning fee of $250, subject to eviction.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- On-site construction or remodeling may disturb guests from July 6, 2015 to August 1, 2015.
- Parking lot replaced with pavers. 1 car per family rule please!
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Service animals are allowed and must be under the control of the owner. They must remain on a leash or harness in the resort's common areas. Service animals are not allowed in the pool.
- You must contact the resort before bringing an animal to be advised of their pet policy.
