- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 years old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Studio units are suitable for 3 adults. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child under 5 years of age.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children), it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount (as a special member privilege) is given to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverages.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 4400 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort can organize pickup service from the nearest bus station/railway station or airport for a fee. Toaster & hair dryer can be provided on request. Wi-Fi available on a chargeable basis. The Utility Fee is applicable for 4 nights, regardless of duration of stay. Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hrs prior to arrival; failure will result in guest being charged daily room rent.
