Wonderful Bay Park ocean view and Mission Bay view homes, each with a private pool and spa, offer designer finishes. These architecturally interesting homes have state-of-the-art amenities, and large windows providing ample light throughout the home and epic views of the ocean. The 2,500 square feet of interior living space is spread over three levels. The ground floor consists of two guest bedrooms with sliding doors to the pool and courtyard, and a guest bathroom with a separate shower and tub, plus double sinks. The ground level contains the entry hall and laundry area. The bathroom is finished in travertine and has a door to access the pool area. The two guest bedrooms have a queen bed with linens provided, a walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted TV. On the second floor, you have a formal living room with 10-foot double French doors leading to the terrace with an outside seating area to enjoy the bay views and the nightly SeaWorld fireworks!

The formal dining area seats six with large windows overlooking the entry courtyard with beautiful and lush tropical landscaping and a unique fountain. The state-of-the-art kitchen has a Thermador gas range and commercial oven, custom slab granite counters, and a large center island with bar seating. The kitchen is open to the den room with a wall-mounted TV and overlooks the backyard pool and spa. The top floor of the home is the dedicated Master Retreat. It consists of a computer work area overlooking the entry courtyard with amazing views of the Ocean and Mission Bay. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a mounted TV, an adjacent sitting area with a free-standing gas fireplace, and an adjoining small balcony with double French doors overlooking the backyard and pool. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with views of the Ocean and Mission Bay, a double vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
