NO pets or smoking permitted on-site. A $150 - $300 cleaning fee will be charged if a violation occurs and guests will need to leave the property. Guests will be charged the cost to repair and/or replace any damage that occurs during their stay. Washers/dryers are not in the units, but they are on-site.

Since this resort DOES NOT have a physical Front Desk on property, you must receive your Check-in Packet, including your Security Gate & Door Code access via email.

There are no Ocean Front View Units. First floor units are not guaranteed. THE RESORT IS A 3 STORY BUILDING WITHOUT ELEVATORS – STAIR ACCESS ONLY!! Starting January 1st, 2022, $20.00 will be collected at the gate upon arrival for parking.
