The resort is visible from the St. Thomas Airport, three miles away. Either rent a car or take a taxi from the airport, following Waterfront or Veteran's Drive to Bluebeard's Hill.

The resort is remodeling from storms and currently, no amenities on-site are open. Grocery stores and restaurants are about 8 minutes away.

The resort is located on a steep incline with numerous stairs. Only one building has an elevator. Those having difficulty with stairs are strongly encouraged to contact the resort after booking, as space near the elevator is limited.
