The resort is visible from the St. Thomas Airport, three miles away. Either rent a car or take a taxi from the airport, following Waterfront or Veteran's Drive to Bluebeard's Hill.

The resort is located on a steep incline with numerous stairs. Only one building has an elevator. Those having difficulty with stairs are strongly encouraged to contact the resort after booking, as space near the elevator is limited.

Due to recent storms, the resort is undergoing renovations, and all on-site facilities are unavailable. Grocery stores and restaurants are an 8-minute drive away.

Transportation to Magen's Bay Beach is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The departure time is 9am, and the return pickup is 4pm.
