- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Mandatory security deposit of USD 200.00, must be paid in cash (US dollars), refunded at check out, provided that no damage has been made to the room and common areas of the resort, and on utensils and furniture. In the event of damage, the guarantee will apply and if such damage exceeds the value of the deposit, the additional value will be charged.
