Please call the resort 3 weeks prior for special requests and at least (3) days prior to your arrival to review the late check-in procedure. Parking spaces are limited to two per unit. Please call Sundance Vacations at 1-800-210-5500 if you have not received your check-in instructions 10 days prior to arrival. One-bedroom units for four people, with the privacy of two, do not have balconies. Please call the Sundance Client Helpline for assistance at 1-866-540-9322.

- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The clubhouse and front desk are normally open daily from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. However, from October 1 through March 31, the clubhouse and front desk will be open Monday - Thursday from 8:30am to 7pm and Friday - Sunday from 8:30am to 8pm.
