Overview
Kingstown Reef is on International Drive, centrally located to Walt Disney World(R) parks, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando International Airport, and Orlando Premium Outlets. Ten golf courses are within five miles of the resort. On site, enjoy three outdoor pools, two hot tubs, and a fitness center. Each unit also has a private balcony.

Resort Fees
- Package fee is 5.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. The resort charges a fee per item for incoming mail and packages for all owners and guests.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 108.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is for less than 7 nights. Current rate $93 till end of year. New rate effective January 2025.
