Policy Restrictions
- No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
- Minimum age check-in is 18.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- NO Pets or Smoking Allowed. A $150- $300 cleaning fee will be charged and guests will need to leave the property. Guests will be charged the cost to repair and or replace any damage that occurs to items in the unit during their stay. (So treat things nicely!)
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Please call Sundance Vacations at 1-800-210-5500 if you have not received your check-in instructions 10 days prior to arrival.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Smoking is not allowed in units. Please contact Resort for any late bookings {24/48 hours prior to check-in} to arrange arrival details. Please call to check for availability if the member is trying to confirm less than 72 hours from check-in and fax confirmation.
