Located on-site, the elegant Sustenio Restaurant and Bar is where wood, fire, and cast iron come together to transform local Texas Hill Country ingredients into creative, flavorful dishes. A second restaurant, Mercato Café, is inspired by open-air markets in Italy. Specialties include house-made gelato, healthy menu options, and Starbucks® coffee.

Resort Fees

- Featuring Tuscan-inspired architecture with gleaming limestone and marble accents, the Éilan envelops guests in relaxed elegance and comfort. Hotel rooms and suites at The Éilan are awash in soft, restful hues of neutral tones. Velvet drapes sweep downwards to warm wood floors. Touches of Michelangelo marble envelop you in relaxed elegance and comfort. In-room features and appointments include a mini fridge and complimentary coffee station, high-speed internet, and luxury Carrera marble bathrooms outfitted with inlaid sinks and plush towels. In addition to hotel-style accommodations, several one-bedroom standard and deluxe suites are also available.

- Hotel Units for two may have one king bed or two queen beds. Units are assigned at check-in. Although units are hotel-style, daily housekeeping is not provided. Housekeeping services can be set up upon request at check-in.
