• Any last-minute confirmation and guest name changes must be emailed to reservations@carinaehotel.com at least 4 days before arrival. If you need to request early check-in or late check-out for an RCI booking confirmation, please email reservations@carinaehotel.com. Do not contact the resort directly.
• Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
• Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. One-bedroom units accommodate up to four guests, two-bedroom units accommodate up to six guests, and three-bedroom units accommodate up to eight guests. Children above two years old are considered as one person. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. A request to change linens during the stay will incur a charge of 200,000 VND.
