Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 63.00 GBP, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Utility fee charged per stay to cover gas and water supplied, per 4-berth boat.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 77.50 GBP, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Utility fee charged per stay to cover gas and water supplied, per 6-berth boat.
Resort Fees
- Pets fee is 30.00 GBP for all units, per week. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per dog, per week. Maximum of two dogs allowed.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 62.00 GBP for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The non-refundable deposit is required at check-in.
- Mandatory goods and service tax fee is 90 GBP for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Payable toward the cost of diesel used. This will be offset against the actual cost of diesel used.

- Boat cruising is not always available due to scheduled maintenance or adverse weather conditions. It is recommended that guests contact us for updates at least 24 hours before arrival by emailing us at abclg@andertonmarina.com or calling us at +01606 79642.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- For same-gender parties, the lead guest and one other guest must be over the age of 21. Speaking English is required.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Party must consist of 2 active adults, one over the age of 21 and the other over the age of 16. It is recommended that all guests watch a training video prior to arrival.
