- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child less than 5 years of age.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present their Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount is given to RCI members (as a special member privilege) on Food & Soft Beverages. Wi-Fi is available on a chargeable basis.
- Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hours prior to arrival; failure will result in the guest being charged daily room rent. The Utility Fee is applicable on a full-week basis, regardless of the duration of stay. Member should get RTPCR report valid for 72 hrs and you must get epass made from HP Government website for entering at borders from 27th April 2021.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
