Overview
Welcome to Evergreen Valley Inn. We are located in a remote area in Western Maine. Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, golf, shopping, horseshoes, wildlife, and hiking. Enjoy Storyland, playhouses, music and more! Restaurants and 20 minutes away. A large grocery store is a half hour away. There are gas grills, picnic tables, a game room, laundry room, and a computer room on site. We offer free wi-fi and there is DVD collection available for check-out in our library. Enjoy screened in gazebo and flat screen televisions. Please do not rely on GPS or cell phone directions. You must turn onto West Stoneham Rd off Route 5 to get to Evergreen Valley Inn. If you go to Mountain Rd directly off Route 5, it's the wrong road.

Resort Fees
- Pets fee is 20.00 to 100.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards accepted. Dog fee is $20.00 a day. Pet Contract, vaccination records required. Only dogs permitted.

- Units have fully stocked kitchens. The resort features 5 different unit types. Resort has 2 different studio types, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. Some units have sofa and Murphy beds. Some units include spiral staircases and have multiple bathrooms. There are a group of units located 1/4 mile from the Inn. Resort does not have air conditioning. They do offer window air conditioning $15.00 per day or $100.00 per week. Need to request window airconditioner in advance.

Other Information
- 1 bedroom loft and studio with loft have spiral staircases with multiple levels. Unit size and description booked through RCI is the unit size and description you will occupy during your stay. Resort cannot honor unit move or upgrade requests.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Please contact resort in advance for any special check in procedures. This is a NO smoking on property.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort does allow some pets (dogs). Dog fee is $20.00 a day with a signed Pet Contract with updated vaccination records. You must contact resort in advance regarding your pet to ensure permission. Only dogs are permitted. Dog's presence must not disrupt neighbors or resort guests. You must cancel your reservation more than 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged an equivalent to the 1st night's stay.
- Resort is not air conditioned. They do offer window air conditioning @ $20.00 per day or $100.00 per week. You must request the window air conditioner in advance.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
