Guests of the Zen Grand Ambiance enjoy access to the entire resort (Ambassador and Grand Class ambiances), respecting age restrictions of 16 and over for the Grand Class ambiance. You’ll delight in a dining experience worthy of any discerning foodie, with 8 restaurants including one serving local Yucatecan fare, and the acclaimed Cocina de Autor. This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The mandatory all-inclusive program requires at least 2 adults for studio units and 4 adults for one-bedroom units. During Christmas and New Year weeks, a 7-night stay is mandatory. Reservations between December 20th and January 4th must pay all-inclusive fees at least 90 days prior to check-in. The program includes children aged 4-12 and teens aged 13-15. The Zen Grand units offer views of inland lakes and the Mayan jungle. The program includes unlimited food and beverages, 24-hour suite service, and taxes. Rates may vary based on the travel season, and fees are payable directly to the resort. The resort reserves the right to change fees without notice. All fees are based on the guest information provided when booking, so it's important to verify the all-inclusive fee on your confirmation. Any changes to traveler information may result in a different fee amount, which is the guest's responsibility. All-inclusive fees are the guest's responsibility to pay as designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
