- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Covid-19 Tests may be available on site. Please contact resort for details plus terms and conditions. RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts' on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing)
- Holy Week, Christmas & New Year's reservations MUST prepay the mandatory all-inclusive plan fees at least 30 days before the arrival date or they will be canceled. Hotel Units 04/02 can only have up to 3 adults. Unit views and locations are subject to availability.
- If check-in during mid week is needed, contact U.S.: 1866/334-8515, Canada: 1800/996-8164. Check in is at the member lobby.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
- RCI inbounds who will be arriving late or staying less than 7 nights MUST notify the prepayment department at least 30 days prior to the arrival date at 1-866-418-6405 (Toll free from USA & Canada) or they will be held responsible for paying an All Inclusive fee for 7 nights.
- RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation
All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Minimum 4-night stay required with additional fees for children aged 7-12 years old. All-inclusive fees apply for a minimum of 2 adults for hotel units, 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 paying children for a 1-bedroom unit, 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 paying children for a 2-bedroom unit, and 6 adults for a 3-bedroom unit. Maximum 2 children allowed with 2 adults in the same room. Mandatory 7-night stay during Christmas and New Year's Weeks. The all-inclusive program includes meals, snacks, drinks, a daily activities program, land and water sports, a gym, and children's and young adult's clubs. Additional fees apply for motorized water sports, and all fees are subject to change without notice. Verify the all-inclusive fee on your confirmation based on the information provided at booking, and any changes to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount, which is the responsibility of the guest.
