With all the amenities of a home, each cottage is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you'll need. Relax by the heated pool (seasonal), walk to nearby restaurants, or stroll the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico's finest Florida beaches. Professionally decorated interiors, tropical landscape, and minutes from the heart of Destin, restaurants, and activities. Pets are not allowed, and an extra cleaning fee of USD $175 is charged if you have a pet on premises.

Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is for less than 7 nights. Current rate $105 till end of year. New rate effective January 2025.
