- Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for the correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
- During the low season (October to April), bookings may be relocated to a nearby property Plaza Beach House Resort #7455. Website is https://plazabeachhouse.grecotel.com/.
- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Members who booked via points and wish to make an upgrade or extra night should contact resort 3-4 weeks prior to their arrival. Resort cannot make any arrangement in an earlier date
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
