Whistler is the ultimate year-round resort destination. Winter features an abundance of downhill skiing at both Whistler and Blackcomb ski areas. In the summer there is even more to do, including alpine hiking, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, canoeing, and white-water rafting. - Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Be advised that all heating and cooling systems are in the ceiling of the bathroom in each unit. We would like to inform you that the compressor for the unit may produce a noticeable level of noise. Lock boxes are not permitted on any unit doors.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- From October 1 to March 31, winter tires (or chains) are mandatory on the Sea to Sky Highway, from Horseshoe Bay to Whistler, requiring M+S or mountain/snowflake symbols.

- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- There is a fee for Wi-Fi Internet service. The resort does not offer daily housekeeping. The pool and hot tub hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
