Resort Fees
- Parking fee is 15.00 to 25.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted. Parking fee is 15.00 to 20.00 U.S. per day for self-park. Valet available for 25.00 U.S. per day.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 110.00 U.S. dollars for Hotel, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee is USD $40 for the first night and an additional USD $10 daily.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 125.00 U.S. dollars for Studio, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee is USD $55 for the first night and an additional USD $10 daily.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a 65.00 to 135.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, daily. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee is USD $65 for the first night and an additional USD $10 daily.

- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 97.00 U.S. dollars for 3 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee is USD $97 for the first night and an additional USD $25 daily.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 400.00 U.S. dollars for 5 Bedroom units, daily. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee is USD $155 for the first night and an additional USD $35 daily.

- During our summer season, we offer daily towel and trash services. We do not offer a mid-week sheet change service. Any requests for cleaning will be considered/administered per stay.
- Hot tub/Pool will be closed from October 10, 2021 to October 29, 2021.
- Pool and Hot Tub closed for Seasonal Maintence.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The Pool and Hot Tub close for seasonal maintenance each year in April and late-October. Exact dates are determined annually.
